Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Furkan Doğan tarafından sunulan Fuda iOS uygulamasının veri uygulamalarını açıklar.
1. Uygulamanın çalışması
Fuda, temel oyun ilerlemesini ve tercihleri kullanıcının cihazında saklayabilir. Fuda için ayrı bir kullanıcı hesabı oluşturulması gerekmez.
2. Reklamlar ve Google AdMob
Fuda, uygulama içinde reklam göstermek için Google AdMob kullanır. Google Mobile Ads SDK; reklam sunumu, ölçüm, sahtekârlığın önlenmesi ve hizmet performansı amaçlarıyla IP adresi üzerinden yaklaşık konum, cihaz veya reklam tanımlayıcıları, reklam verileri, uygulama etkileşimleri, performans bilgileri ve tanılama verileri gibi bilgileri işleyebilir.
Toplanan ve kullanılan veriler; kullanıcının bölgesi, cihaz ayarları, verdiği izinler, rıza tercihleri ve sunulan reklam türüne göre değişebilir.
Uygun bölgelerde reklamlarla ilgili izin ve rıza seçenekleri kullanıcıya sunulur. Kullanıcı, izin vermediğinde kişiselleştirilmemiş veya sınırlı reklamlar görmeye devam edebilir.

3. Apple Game Center
Fuda, liderlik tabloları için Apple Game Center kullanır. Game Center kullanımı Apple tarafından yönetilir. Fuda, skorları Game Center'a gönderebilir ve oyuncunun Game Center profilinde izin verilen sıralama bilgilerini gösterebilir.

4. İzleme ve izinler
Fuda veya reklam hizmetleri, Apple'ın tanımına göre farklı şirketlerin uygulamaları ve internet siteleri arasında izleme yapacaksa App Tracking Transparency izni istenir. Kullanıcının izni reddetmesi, oyunun temel özelliklerine erişimini engellemez.
5. Gizlilik tercihlerini yönetme
Kullanıcılar, uygun olduğu durumlarda Fuda ana menüsündeki GİZLİLİK düğmesini kullanarak Google AdMob gizlilik ve rıza seçeneklerini yeniden açabilir ve tercihlerini değiştirebilir. Tercihlerin değiştirilmesi oyunun temel özelliklerine erişimi engellemez.
6. Çocukların gizliliği
Fuda özellikle çocuklara yönelik olarak tasarlanmamıştır ve App Store'daki "Made for Kids" kategorisinde sunulmaz. Bilerek çocuklardan doğrudan kişisel bilgi talep edilmez.
7. Veri saklama ve kontrol
Fuda'nın cihazda tuttuğu yerel oyun verileri, uygulamanın silinmesiyle kaldırılabilir. Google AdMob ve Apple Game Center tarafından işlenen veriler ilgili hizmet sağlayıcıların politikalarına ve saklama sürelerine tabidir.
8. Değişiklikler
Bu politika, uygulamanın özellikleri veya yasal gereklilikler değiştiğinde güncellenebilir. Güncel sürüm bu sayfada yayımlanır.

This Privacy Policy describes the data practices of the Fuda iOS app, provided by Furkan Doğan.
1. How the app works
Fuda may store core game progress and preferences on the user's device. No separate user account is required for Fuda.
2. Advertising and Google AdMob
Fuda uses Google AdMob to display advertisements within the app. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may process information such as approximate location via IP address, device or advertising identifiers, ad data, app interactions, performance information, and diagnostic data, for the purposes of ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and service performance.
The data collected and used may vary depending on the user's region, device settings, permissions granted, consent choices, and the type of ad served.
In applicable regions, ad-related permission and consent options are presented to the user. If the user does not consent, they can continue to see non-personalized or limited ads.

3. Apple Game Center
Fuda uses Apple Game Center for leaderboards. Use of Game Center is governed by Apple. Fuda may submit scores to Game Center and display ranking information permitted by the player's Game Center profile.

4. Tracking and permissions
If Fuda or its advertising services engage in tracking across other companies' apps and websites, as defined by Apple, App Tracking Transparency permission is requested. Declining this permission does not prevent access to the core features of the game.
5. Managing privacy choices
Where applicable, users can reopen Google AdMob privacy and consent options through the PRIVACY button in Fuda's main menu and update their choices. Changing these preferences does not prevent access to the game's core features.
6. Children's privacy
Fuda is not specifically designed for children and is not offered under the "Made for Kids" category on the App Store. Personal information is not knowingly requested directly from children.
7. Data retention and control
Local game data stored on the device by Fuda can be removed by deleting the app. Data processed by Google AdMob and Apple Game Center is subject to the respective service providers' policies and retention periods.
8. Changes
This policy may be updated when the app's features or legal requirements change. The current version is published on this page.
